Sometimes the best therapy is just unplugging and immersing yourself in Nature.....and having some really cute piggies to hang out with definitely makes for a unique & silly experience! Like they say, laughter is the best medicine!

For those that reside in the city or have just the hustle and bustle life, we recognize having your own small homestead or farm at this time, may not be a possibility. But just because you can't have your own livestock, does not mean you still can't enjoy an experience with them! We offer sessions with our Farm and a hike to help you unwind and escape from reality a bit. For a fun break from it all especially for those close by, book yourselves a slot of swine!

Not your average Farmstead

Don't expect the Farm with cleared pasture fields or a standard red barn with stalls. Our method is very different than what most folks are use to seeing or experiencing. Our structures are very modest and easy to replicate, thus inspiring many homesteaders. We Farm in the Forest with minimal pasture. This allows for superior foraging not just for our livestock, but also for us. You will be among a beautiful variety of hardwoods, a winding creek and our industrious piggies. The standard here is to work with the land and provide a natural environment for our Pigs that keep them healthy & happy! In return their good vibe lifestyle immediately set your soul at ease to thoroughly enjoy this unique avenue of Farming. Wear some good boots and get ready to unwind!

These answers are also very important guidelines to ensure a seamless visit. Please take a minute or 2 to consider this information prior to your visit!

What should I wear to the Farm?

Like we always tell our guests; wear pants you don't care about and shoes you aren't emotionally attached too. In other words dress comfortably and wear closed footwear that you don't mind get wet or muddy.

How many people can come at once, are children allowed?

We allow 1 family or group of friends at a time, whether that's 1-5 folks is fine. Children are allowed, however guardians please be aware you are responsible for their safety & environmental awareness. We have a strong electric current that powers our fence lines throughout our property. Therefore with that being said, we want your experience here to be pleasant not shocking.

How long & how much are the visits?

Plan on being on the Farm for about an hour. Our tours at this time are being offered at no charge; however donations are greatly appreciated. All funds help to keep our farm fed and growing! We do book only 1 family at a time and this includes a maximum of 4 people, thank you.

Are pictures/videos allowed?

Yes, if you want a family picture or candid shots, do not hesitate to ask your Farmer Liv to take these pictures for you. She happens to be pretty dang good with a camera. So if you want to capture your unique experience without struggling to selfie, we got you.

Can we pet the animals?

Short answer yes.....however please keep in mind, we are NOT a petting Zoo. Our Texas Longhorns & Hogs do enjoy affection and attention. However this is always on their terms, not your own. We will show you how to appropriately approach, touch and speak to our animals. The friendly nature and gentle disposition of our stock is what we are known for. However, we know our animals best and in order for them and you to have a memorable experience, its our responsibility to read their body language and to be aware of your energy. Farmer Liv has been professionally working with exotics and training dozens of species for 29yrs. This means your interactions will be closely guided through her, to ensure the best experience for not only you, but also our treasured Farmily!

Special Needs or Physically Challenged are more than Welcome, you're Understood

Our Farm is not limited to just the young & able. We welcome individuals, their families, caregivers to come and get some very much needed adventure & serenity here. With having our own family members battle with Epilepsy, Autism, Depression and personally a chronic illness, we value and empathize on a great level. We know how especially outlets like our farm can be essential to restoring ones inner well being and bring about a calm to your mind. So please do not hesitate to book with us.
